These Terms govern your use of BharatDeed, operated by BharatDeed ("we", "us"). By using our WhatsApp service or website, you agree to these Terms.
We help you prepare legal documents and facilitate e-stamping and e-signing through licensed third-party partners. We are a technology facilitator, not a law firm, and nothing we provide constitutes legal advice. You are encouraged to have any document reviewed by a qualified advocate before execution.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide. Documents are generated from your inputs; you must review the draft before paying and e-signing. You confirm you are authorised to enter into the document and to use the Aadhaar / identity details supplied for e-signing. You are solely responsible for ensuring the correct stamp duty is paid for your jurisdiction and document type.
When you create an account on our website, you agree to provide accurate and complete information including your email address and WhatsApp number. Your WhatsApp number is used to synchronise your website activity with the WhatsApp bot — documents, payment links, and e-sign requests are delivered to this number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Charges are shown before payment and are described on our Pricing page. Payments are processed by our payment partner (Razorpay). Government stamp duty is collected as a pass-through to the state government. All fees are inclusive of applicable taxes where stated; otherwise GST at 18% applies to our platform fees.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the platform fees you paid us for the specific transaction. We are not liable for the legal sufficiency of a document for your particular purpose. We accept no liability for errors, omissions, or any loss arising from use of our generated documents. We are not liable for incorrect stamp duty values entered by the user.
The BharatDeed name, logo, website design, and bot conversation flows are our intellectual property. Document drafts generated through our platform belong to you, the user. You may use, modify, and execute them freely.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at SAS Nagar (Mohali), Punjab.
